FOR the purpose of providing a Supplementary State Grant Fund Operating Appropriation in the amount of $30,918.29 to the Fire Department – Service 609 (Emergency Medical Services), to provide funding for the purchase of a LIFEPAK15 advanced dual-battery monitor and defibrillator device and for Advanced Life Support training of Baltimore City Fire Department emergency medical technicians and paramedics; and providing for a special effective date.
