FOR the purpose of providing a Supplementary General Fund Operating Appropriation in the amount of $22,000,000 to the Police Department – Service 622 (Police Patrol), to provide funding to balance the Police Department’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget for a deficit caused by overtime and fleet maintenance costs; and providing for a special effective date.
