Sale of Property – Air and Subterranean Rights – A Portion of Wyman Park Drive Lying East of Remington Avenue and West of San Martin Drive
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in the air and subterranean rights in a portion of the public right-of-way of Wyman Park Drive located east of Remington Avenue and west of San Martin Drive and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
