Ordinance 87-1171

 

Section 1.  Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinance 87-1171 is repealed, and the authority conferred in that Ordinance to designate certain property as a Residential Planned Unit Development known as the Wyman Park Medical Center Joint Use Facility with The Johns Hopkins University is rescinded.

 

Section 2.  And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
