§ 29-10. Biennial crime reduction strategy plan.

(a) In general.

On or before June 30 of each even-numbered year, the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice shall present to the City Council a comprehensive crime reduction strategy plan for the subsequent 2 years.

(b) Development and coordination.

The Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice shall coordinate and develop the plan in direct consultation with:

(1) the Baltimore City Department of Health;
