Title: Baltimore Police Department - Response and Reporting of Incidents Involving Vulnerable Road Users For the purpose of calling on representatives from the Baltimore City Police Department to discuss policies, standards and expectations of officers responding to traffic crashes and incidents involving cyclists, pedestrians and other vulnerable road-users, in particular, incidents involving drivers of motor vehicles; and provide information about how investigations are conducted and reported, how this may differ from what occurs in other jurisdictions, and what is being done to improve practices and outcomes. Inquiries will also be made about telephone reporting in such cases where there may be no benefit in a crime scene investigation, nor any compelling reasons why questions must absolutely be answered in person, particularly in incidents that include hit and run, assault, and more.
