The area located within the following boundaries is declared to be the Fells Point Historic District.
Beginning for the same at the point formed by the intersection of the centerline of Bethel Street and the centerline of Pratt Street, and running thence binding on the centerline of Pratt Street, Easterly 459.3 feet, more or less, to the line of the centerline of a 10 foot alley, laid out in the rear of the properties known as Nos. 201 through 207 S. Broadway, if projected
northerly; thence binding in part reversely on the line of the centerline of said 10 foot alley, so projected, in part on the centerline of said 10 foot
alley, and in all, Southerly 104 feet, more or less, to the southernmost
