Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Part IV. Trauma-informed Care; Trauma-Responsiveness
§ 22-21. Trauma-informed care training.
(a) Definitions.
(2) Agency.
“Agency” means:
(i) the Baltimore City Fire Department;
(ii) the Baltimore City Parking Authority;
(iii) the Baltimore Police Department;
(iv) [(iii)] the Department of Finance;
(v) [(iv)] the Department of Law;
(vi) [(v)] the Department of Housing and Community Development;
(vii) [(vi)] the Department of Planning;
(viii) [(vii)] the Department of Public Works;
(ix) [(viii)] the Department of Recreation and Parks;
(x) [(ix)] the Department of Transportation;
(xi) [(x)] the Environmental Control Board;
(xii) [(xi)] the Enoch Pratt Free Library of Baltimore City;
(xiii) [(xii)] the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice;
(xiv) [(xiii)] the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development; and
(xv) [(xiv)] the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
