FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain properties, with parking structures, known as 11 South Eutaw Street (Ward 04, Section 10, Block 0655, Lot 008A), 22 South Gay Street (Ward 04, Section 11, Block 1350, Lot 012), 101 South Paca Street (Ward 04, Section 09, Block 0666, Lot 002), and 210 Saint Paul Place (Ward 04, Section 01, Block 0608, Lot 014); and providing for a special effective date.

   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article II, § 20(b) of the City Charter, the Parking Authority of Baltimore City may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the properties, with parking structures, known as 11 South Eutaw Street (Ward 04, Section 10, Block 0655, Lot 008A), 22 South Gay Street (Ward 04, Section 11, Block 1350, Lot 012), 101 South Paca Street (Ward 04, Section 09, Block 0666, Lot 002), and 210 Saint Paul Place (Ward 04, Section 01, Block 0608, Lot 014), and more particularly described as follows:

 

11 South Eutaw Street contains a parking structure, built in 1992, that has an above grade enclosed area of 285,800 square feet.

 

22 South Gay Street contains a parking structure, built in 1991, that has an above grade enclosed area of 342,770 square feet.

 

101 South Paca Street , with a land area of 31,668 square feet, contains a parking structure, built in 1985, that has an above grade enclosed area of 203,200 square feet.

 

210 Saint Paul Place, with a land area of 15,856 square feet, contains a parking structure, built in 2003, that has an above grade enclosed area of 189,312 square feet.

 

 

 

   SECTION 2.  AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That no deed may pass under this Ordinance unless the deed has been approved by the City Solicitor.

 

   SECTION 3.  AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
