For the purpose of condemning and opening subterranean portions of Ducatel Street and Brookfield Avenue and subterranean portions of certain streets and alleys at that part of Mt. Royal Terrace, as shown on plat number 316-C-3 Sheets 1 and 2 dated June 8, 2023, prepared by Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP and filed in the Office of the Department of Transportation; and providing for a special effective date.
