Informational Hearing - Residential Rental Licensing

For the purpose of inviting representatives from the Department of Housing and Community Development and other interested parties to appear before the City Council to discuss the current rental licensing process for residential properties, problems that arise during the process, and improvements that could be made to the current process.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of Baltimore, That the City Council invites representatives from the Department of Housing and Community Development and other interested parties to appear before the City Council to discuss the current rental licensing process for residential properties, problems that arise during the process, and improvements that could be made to the current process.

 

And be it further resolved, That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Mayor’s Legislative Liaison to the City Council.
