FOR the purpose of providing a Supplementary State Fund Operating Appropriation in the amount of $500,000 to M-R Office of Homeless Services – Service 895 (Temporary Housing for the Homeless), to provide funding for case management services through the Y in Central Maryland and the University of Maryland, Baltimore/Uplift Alliance Inc.; and providing for a special effective date.
