(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
(B) CONVICTED.
"CONVICTED" MEANS:
(1) HAVING BEEN FOUND GUILTY OF A GUN OFFENSE BY A JURY OR JUDICIAL OFFICER;
(2) THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PLEA OF GUILTY OR NOLO CONTENDERE FOR A GUN OFFENSE;
(3) HAVING BEEN GRANTED A PROBATION BEFORE JUDGMENT AFTER A FINDING OF GUILT FOR A GUN OFFENSE, IF THE COURT ORDERS COMPLIANCE W...
