Title
Charter Amendment - Elected Officials - Qualifications for Office

FOR the purpose of providing that persons are not qualified for elected office if, at certain times, the person is in arrears of costs and penalties assessed and due for violations of the laws governing placement of campaign signs ; and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the City for adoption or rejection.
