FOR the purpose of amending the maximum bed capacity for the convalescent, nursing, and rest home (assisted living) on the property known as 901 Woodbourne Avenue.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a convalescent, nursing, and rest home (assisted living) on the property known as 901 Woodbourne Avenue, as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, in accordance with Zoning Code ยงยง 4-804 and 14-102 of the Baltimore City Code, subject to the following conditions:
1. the maximum number of residents is [15] 60, including any resident manager;
2. there may be no more than 2 persons per sleeping room;
3. sleeping rooms for clients may not be in the basement;
