SUBTITLE 29. SENIOR COMMISSION

§ 291. DEFINITIONS.

(A) IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B) COMMISSION.

“COMMISSION” MEANS THE BALTIMORE CITY SENIOR COMMISSION.

(C) SENIOR.

“SENIOR” MEANS AN INDIVIDUAL OVER THE AGE OF 60.
