FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to acquire, by purchase or condemnation, the fee simple or other interests in certain property known as 4629 Liberty Heights Avenue (Ward 28, Section 3, Block 8297, Lot 1), and needed for extinguishment of a restrictive covenant; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That it is necessary to acquire, for redevelopment purposes, the fee simple or other interests, including but not limited to restrictive covenants, that the Director of Housing and Community Development considers needed or sufficient in the land and improvements known as 4629 Liberty Heights Avenue (Ward 28, Section 3, Block 8297, Lot 1), and more particularly described as follows:
The restrictive covenant on the property known as 4629 Liberty Heights Avenue (Ward 28, Section 3, Block 8297, Lot 1) found in Liber FMC 330, page 164.
Together with all right, title, interest, and estate that the owner of that property has in all streets, alleys, ways, or lanes, public or private, contained within or abutting the property.
