FOR the purpose of changing the zoning for certain properties located in Block 5267, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the R-6 Zoning District to the B-2-2 Zoning District; changing the zoning for portions of certain properties located in Block 5267, as outlined in green on the accompanying plat, from the R-7 Zoning District to the B-2-2 Zoning District; and changing the zoning for portions of certain properties located in Block 5267, as outlined in blue on the accompanying plat, from the B-2-1 Zoning District to the B-2-2 Zoning District.
