SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That a franchise or right is granted to Extenet Systems, Inc., (the ?Grantee?) to construct, install, maintain, repair, operate, relocate, replace and remove certain facilities relating to the provision of a distributed Antenna Systems services in and across certain streets and public ways, subject to the terms and conditions of this Ordinance and the Franchise Agreement between the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and the Grantee, which is attached and made a part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That for the franchise or right granted by this Ordinance (the ?Franchise?) to become effective, the Grantee must notify the Board of Estimates, within 30 days of the effective date of this Ordinance, that the Grantee accepts the Franchise.
