SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ? 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land located in Block 6840 adjacent to Lot 1/22 that is part of the former bed of Cardiff Avenue, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point 145' 10" due east from the intersection formed by the east side of Ponca Street and the north side of the former bed of Cardiff Avenue and continuing east on the north side of the former bed of Cardiff Avenue for a distance of 50', thence south a distance of 70' to intersect with the south side of the former bed of Cardiff Avenue, then running westerly binding on the south side of Cardiff Avenue for a distance of 50' and then northerly 50' to the point of beginning.
