BY repealing and reordaining, with amendments
Ordinance 14-206

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Ordinance 14-206

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That the permission granted by this Ordinance applies [for 2 years from the date that this Ordinance becomes effective] THROUGH APRIL 19, 2018; and[, at the end of that period], AFTER THAT DATE with no further action by the Mayor and City Council, this permission will be abrogated and of no further effect.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on April 19, 2016.
