SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Comptroller of Baltimore City is hereby authorized to grant 3 perpetual easements to the Maryland State Highway Administration for the purpose of maintaining 3 storm water drainage inlets along Dulaney Valley Road, through the property of the Loch Raven Reservoir, in Baltimore County, Maryland, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for the first at a point being distant from the end of S ?64 40? 18? W 634.81 foot line of a plat entitled ?Section 1 Revised, Wakefield? recorded in plat book 23 page 93, the following 4 courses and distances; 1. S 64? 29? 35? W 7.74 feet, 2. N 24? 07? 39?
