FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to grant 3 perpetual easements to the Maryland State Highway Administration for the maintenance of 3 storm water drainage inlets along Dulaney Valley Road, through the property of the Loch Raven Reservoir, in Baltimore County, Maryland, as shown on Plats 60060 and 60061 filed in the State Highway Administration State Roads Commission; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Comptroller of Baltimore City is hereby authorized to grant 3 perpetual easements to the Maryland State Highway Administration for the purpose of maintaining 3 storm water drainage inlets along Dulaney Valley Road, through the property of the Loch Raven Reservoir, in Baltimore County, Maryland, and more particularly described as follows:
