Rezoning - Certain Properties to be Rezoned to the New IMU-2 Zoning District
For the purpose of changing the zoning for certain properties, as outlined in red on the accompanying plats, from the I-MU Zoning District or the I-2 Zoning District, to the IMU-2 Zoning District, to reflect the establishment, by separate ordinance, of the new IMU-2 Zoning District; and making this ordinance subject to a certain contingency.

Section 1. Be it Ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Sheets 24, 36, 64, and 65 of the Zoning District Map are amended by changing from the I-MU Zoning District to the IMU-2 Zoning District the following properties, as outlined in red on the plats accompanying this Ordinance:

Section 2. And be it further ordained, That Sheets 58 and 65 of the Zoning District Map are amended by changing from the I-2 Zoning District to the IMU-2 Zoning District the following properties, as outlined in red on the plats accompanying this Ordinance:

Section 3. And be it further ordained, That as evidence of the authenticity of the accompanying plats and in order to give notice to the agencies that administer the City Zoning Ordinance: (i) when the City Council passes this Ordinance, the President of the City Council shall sign the plats; (ii) when the Mayor approves this Ordinance, the Mayor shall sign the plats; and (iii) the Director of Finance then shall transmit a copy of this Ordinance and the plats to the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals, the Planning Commission, the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development, the Supervisor of Assessments for Baltimore City, and the Zoning Administrator.
Section 4. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted, contingent on the taking effect of Council Bill 18-0277, the Ordinance that establishes the IMU-2 Zoning District. If Council Bill 18-0277 does not become effective, this Ordinance will be abrogated and of no further effect.
