Be it Ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Sheet 24 of the Zoning District Map is amended by changing from the I-2 Zoning District to the I-MU Zoning District the property known as 1600 West 41st Street (Block 3575C, Lot 198A), as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance and by changing from the R-6 Zoning District to the I-MU Zoning District the property known as Block 3575C, Lot 374, as outlined in blue on the plat accompanying this Ordinance.
