By repealing and reordaining, with amendments

Ordinance 20-336

Section 6

Section 1.  Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Ordinance 20-336

Section 6.  And be it further ordained, That, except as provided by Section 4 of this Ordinance, this Ordinance takes effect [6 months after the date it is enacted] on July 1, 2021.

Section 2.  And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
