For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 07-609, which designated certain properties as a Business Planned Unit Development known as Westport Waterfront; repealing Ordinance 09-139, which amended Ordinance 07-609; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinances 07-609 and 09-139 are repealed, and the authority conferred in those Ordinances to designate certain properties as a Business Planned Unit Development known as Westport Waterfront, is rescinded.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
