Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Sections II and III of the Parking Management Plan for Residential Permit Parking Area 31 - Townes at the Terraces read as follows:

I. Area 31 - Establishment
A Residential Permit Parking Program Area known as Area 31, governed by Article 31, Subtitle 10, of the Baltimore City Code, exists for the block faces of the streets listed below:

II. Area 31 parking restrictions - In general
The parking [restrictions] restriction that will be posted and enforced in Area 31 is:
[“2 Hour Parking, Seven Days from 7:00am-7:00PM, without valid RPP sticker for Area 31”]
“1 Hour Parking, in Area #31 from 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., RPP Area 31 Permit Holders Excepted”

A. Special Permits and Conditions:
[1. The Dr. Benjamin Quarles Place roundabout is posted with Area 31 signs that can be removed at any time by the request of Baltimore Housing or at discretion of PABC. Should this land be developed, addresses added are not automatically eligible for parking permits, per city code and applicable rules/regulations.]

The school at 200 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard is eligible for up to 14 Special Permits, valid from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
