Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Comptroller of Baltimore City is hereby authorized to grant a Perpetual Easement to the Maryland State Highway Administration for the installation and maintenance of a traffic control device, sidewalk, and median in the vicinity of the intersection of MD Route 150 (Eastern Avenue) and the entrance to East Point Mall, Baltimore County, Maryland, and described as follows:
