For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is located at 2801 Harford Road, and consisting of a portion of Block 4199, Revised Lot 9, and is no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the Comptroller of Baltimore City may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the property located at 2801 Harford Road, and consisting of a portion of Block 4199, Revised Lot 9, containing 14.1705 acres, more or less, as more particularly depicted in red on Plat No. 4430, MB as recorded among the Plat Records of Baltimore City on October 21, 2022, and attached hereto as Appendix A, this property being no longer needed for public use.
