For the purpose of establishing the salary of the City Solicitor; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1.  Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That:

 

(a)                     The annual salary of the City Solicitor, an appointed municipal officer who also serves as a member of the Board of Estimates, shall be $245,000.

 

(b)                     This salary takes effect with the first pay period following the effective date of this Ordinance.

 

Section 2.  And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
