For the purpose of modifying the hours of applicable parking restrictions for Residential Parking Plan Area 48 (Riverside); reducing the non-permit parking time threshold; establishing an exception to the applicable permit limit; and correcting and conforming related provisions.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Section II of the Parking Management Restatement Plan for Residential Permit Parking Area 48 - Riverside read as follows:

Parking Management Plan Restatement
RPP Area 48 - Riverside
II. The parking restrictions that will be posted and enforced in Area 48 are:
“NO PARKING / 6 PM - 7 AM / MONDAY - [SUNDAY] SATURDAY
[2 HOUR PARKING LIMIT / 5 PM - 11 PM, MONDAY - SATURDAY / 1 PM - 11 PM SUNDAY /] NO PARKING 2 PM SUNDAY - 7 AM MONDAY
EXCEPT WITH AREA 48 PERMIT
TOW AWAY ZONE DURING STADIUM EVENTS
EXCEPT WITH AREA 48 PERMIT”
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
