Recitals

Sid Grossman began working at City Hall in 2004.  Since 2004, Sid has been a part of the Mayor’s office, working under former Mayors Martin O’Malley, Sheila Dixon, Stephanie Rawlings Blake, Catherine Pugh, Bernard C. “Jack” Young, and now Mayor Brandon Scott.

Always greeting those that enter City Hall with a smile and a hello, Sid is one of a kind.  While Sid enjoys being a greeter at City Hall, he is a former physical education teacher and he holds a PhD in communications.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of Baltimore, That the

Council wishes Sidney Grossman a happy 90th birthday and recognizes his distinguished service to the City of Baltimore.

And be it further resolved, That a copy of this Resolution be sent to Mr. Grossman, the Mayor, and the Mayor's Legislative Liaison to the City Council.
