Recitals

Whereas, the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and Baltimore County are working together on a project, known as the Center Place Roadway Extension Project; and

Whereas, the Center Place Roadway Extension Project will provide a new transportation connection from Baltimore City to Historic Dundalk in Baltimore County; and

Whereas, certain parcels needed for the Center Place Roadway Extension Project are on private properties located in Baltimore City; and
