For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain parcels of land known as the former bed of North Arch Street, extending from West Lexington Street southerly 183 feet to the south side of Vine Street; the former bed of Vine Street, extending from Pine Street easterly 441.93 feet, to North Arch Street; and the former bed of Rieman Court, extending from North Arch Street easterly 138.83 feet, more or less, to the west side of Pearl Street and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date. | Recommended Favorably | Pass |
