Vacant Land Use & Resident-Led Solutions

For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as

well as 3rd party stakeholders, to review and discuss the uses and

opportunities that vacant properties can contribute to. Topics will include,

but are not limited to: Community-led reuse, greening, stewardship, urban

agriculture, & land trusts.

Code Enforcement & Inspector Accountability

For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as

well as 3rd party stakeholders to review and conduct oversight on the Code

Enforcement process in the City Of Baltimore. This will include

accountability of Code Inspectors, the consistency with which the code is

enforced, hearing about working conditions, staffing constraints and other

concerns.
