Agency Briefing – Capital Budget – Fiscal Year 2026  
For the purpose of calling on representatives from the City’s Department of  
Planning - Capital Budget, as well as other relevant agencies to provide a  
briefing to the City Council on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 Capital  
Budget and priority projects. Emphasis should be placed on the larger  
capital project requests of City agencies including the Department of  
Transportation, Housing, Schools, General Services, Information  
Technology, Recreation and Parks, and Public Works. A comparative  
report of the proposed FY 26 Capital Budget to the Fiscal Year 2025  
Capital Budget, and actual FY 24 capital spending against the approved  
FY 24 budget should also be provided.
