Parking for Disabled Individuals and Helpers – Modifications  
FOR the purpose of removing certain permit renewal requirements for an  
individual with a disability; allowing a certain individual to submit notice to  
the Department of Transportation that a reserved parking permit is no  
longer needed; removing certain obsolete language; and generally relating  
to parking for disabled persons and helpers.  
A motion was made by member Parker that Ordinance 25-0096 be Recommended  
Favorably with Amendment. The motion carried by the following vote:  
5 - Porter, Conway, Parker, Dorsey, and Bullock  
2 - Torrence, and Ramos
