projects during the Fiscal 2026 year.

FOR the purpose of providing a tax for the use of the Mayor and City  
Council of Baltimore for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026;  
and setting the semiannual payment service charge for that period.

State Superintendent of Schools; and providing for a special effective date.
