For the purpose of inviting the Commissioner of the Baltimore City Health  
Department to brief the committee on their plan to address the City’s  
ongoing opioid epidemic and overdose crisis, following the  
Commissioner’s indication of their willingness to share their plan with the  
Committee on Legislative Investigations during their confirmation hearing.
