Budget Director to brief the Council on overtime spending and vacant  
positions.  
“Briefing by the Director of Human Resources and the Budget Director to  
include a review of specific data on Overtime Spending by agency for fiscal  
years 2023, 2024 and 2025, a detailed update on vacant positions across  
City government as of April 1, 2025 by agency, and specific information on  
positions created in FY’25 and anticipated for FY’26.
