City – Service 110 (Circuit Court), to provide funding for the installation of  
aluminum storefront framing and Level 3  
bullet-resistant glazing at doors and service windows in multiple locations  
within the Mitchell and Cummings Courthouses, and the installation of an  
audiovisual intercom system to enable communication through  
bullet-resistant materials; and providing for a special effective date.
