For the purpose of inviting the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, the  
Department of Human Resources (DHR), the Baltimore City Fire

payroll system errors impacting firefighter promotions and stipends, to  
examine their effects on wages, and to identify legislative solutions that  
ensure timely and accurate compensation for Baltimore City Firefighters.
