Sale of Property - A Portion of Boston Street  
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to  
sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is  
known as the former bed of a portion of Boston Street, bounded by the  
east side of Haven Street, the southernmost property line of 1201 South  
Haven, LLC, the west side of Canton Railroad Right-of-Way, and the north  
side of Boston Street, and no longer needed for public use; and providing  
for a special effective date.
