Sale of Property - 1012 East 43rd Street  
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to  
sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is  
located at 1012 East 43rd Street (Block 5192, Lot 059) and is no longer  
needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.  
A motion was made by Burnett, seconded by Middleton, that this Ordinance be  
Recommended Favorably. The motion carried by the following vote:  
4 - Costello, Burnett, Middleton, and "Yitzy" Schleifer  
3 - Dorsey, McCray, and Stokes Sr.
