Supplementary General Fund Operating Appropriation - MR: Office of Cable  
and Communications - $300,000  
For the purpose of providing a Supplementary General Fund Operating  
Appropriation in the amount of $300,000 to the MR: Office of Cable and  
Communications - Service 876 (Media Production), to provide funding for balancing  
the MR: Office of Cable and Communications budget for Fiscal Year 2023 due to  
costs associated with staffing the service; and providing for a special effective date.
