Supplementary General Fund Operating Appropriation - Board of Elections -  
$1,300,000  
For the purpose of providing a Supplementary General Fund Operating  
Appropriation in the amount of $1,300,000 to the Board of Elections - Service 899  
(Fair Conduct of Elections), to provide funding for balancing the Board of Elections  
budget for Fiscal Year 2023 due to costs associated with the 2022 Primary Election;  
and providing for a special effective date.
