Supplementary General Fund Operating Appropriation - Fire Department -  
$18,900,000  
For the purpose of providing a Supplementary General Fund Operating  
Appropriation in the amount of $18,900,000 to the Fire Department - Service 609  
(Emergency Medical Services), to provide funding for balancing the Fire Department  
budget for Fiscal Year 2023 due to costs associated with staff overtime payments and  
contractual services to provide Basic Life Service ambulance services; and providing  
for a special effective date.
