For the purpose of repealing the Solid Waste Management Plan for 2013-2023 that  
was adopted by Resolution 14-019, effective October 30, 2014, as amended by  
Resolution 15-025, effective December 18, 2015; adopting the Solid Waste  
Management Plan for 2024-2033; providing for a special effective date; and generally  
relating to the Solid Waste Management Plan for Baltimore City.
