Street  
For the purpose of amending the Parking Management Plan Restatement  
for RPP Area 30 (South Baltimore East) to add an exception to the Plan’s  
general permit allotments for dwelling units.  
A motion was made by member Costello, seconded by member Middleton, that  
Ordinance 23-0441 be Recommended Favorably. The motion carried by the  
following vote:  
6 - Costello, Burnett, Dorsey, McCray, Middleton, and Stokes Sr.
