Emergency Scene – Unauthorized Persons Prohibited  
FOR the purpose of prohibiting the presence of an unauthorized person  
within the boundaries of an emergency scene; establishing certain  
penalties; defining certain terms; and generally relating to unauthorized  
persons within the boundaries of an emergency scene.  
A motion was made by Blanchard that this Ordinance be Recommended  
Favorably with Amendment to the Public Safety Committee, due back on  
9/16/2025. The motion carried by the following vote:  
5 - Conway, Blanchard, McCray, Gray, and Porter  
2 - Schleifer, and Glover
